2010 Display Ad Booking/Material Deadlines

While each of the 117 AWNA member community newspapers has individual deadlines for booking ads and receiving material, it is necessary for organization and accuracy to enforce an AWNA booking deadline for our process.

• AWNA Booking Deadline - Wednesday 4:00 PM, for following week insertions
• AWNA Material Receipt Deadline - Thursday 4:00 PM, for following week insertions

The individual deadlines for AWNA member newspapers are listed on the following page, but are ONLY to be used as general guideline. Any booking placed through the AWNA after 4:00 PM on Wednesday for the following week can not be guaranteed and is considered a "late booking". While we will make every effort possible to place this booking, it needs to be understood that bookings placed before the AWNA deadline will be completed first.

The AWNA assumes no liability for bookings received after 4:00 PM on Wednesday and for material received after 4:00 PM on Thursday, for the following week. (AWNA Policy Section 8: Operations — Programs & Services Policies: 2:d:i)
